Three tiers: Essentials (£40) for remote-only cover, Pro (£60) which adds quarterly on-site visits, MDR and a dedicated account manager, and Premium (£80) which adds extended hours, monthly on-site visits and a named engineer. If your device and user counts differ you can split it instead, from £30 per device plus £10 per user.
