No phone queue, no "someone will call you back." Logged, triaged, and someone is on it: every time, tracked against the number, not a promise.
We hold the same certification we help clients pass. Re-audited every year, not a one-off badge from three years ago.

Logged a ticket at 09:12 about Outlook profiles corrupting across half the floor. Jovan picked it up inside five minutes, worked through it with us remotely, and had everyone back in their inbox before the 10am meeting. That is the helpdesk experience we used to dream about.
Tom drove over the same afternoon when our core switch started dropping VLANs. He traced it back to a failing SFP, swapped it from the spares he keeps in the van, and stayed until he had proven the link was clean under load. No drama, just fixed.
We had a supplier dispute escalating and needed IT evidence pulled from archived mailboxes. Ryan got involved personally, scoped exactly what we needed, and had a clean forensic export back to us inside 36 hours. It genuinely made the difference.
Our old phone system was missing half the surgery calls. Netix planned the cutover to hosted voice, ported the numbers, and ran both lines side by side for two weeks so reception never noticed. Booking rate went up the month we switched.
Asked Netix to deliver the summer refresh: 120 new devices, the staff room re-cabled, a new firewall, and a fresh SSID strategy. Everything was live and tested before the first inset day, which has not happened with any previous supplier.
The CAD stations were crawling on the network. Tom audited the switching, found the uplinks were running at 1Gb when we thought they were 10, and rebuilt the core over a weekend. File saves that used to take forty seconds now take two.
Shop-floor WiFi was patchy and was costing us hours of downtime on handheld scanners. Netix heat-mapped the building, replaced the access points with something purpose-built, and now we have clean coverage out to the yard. Scanner retries basically zero.
Cyber Essentials Plus was a box we had been failing to tick for two years. Netix mapped us against the controls, closed the gaps, coached our team through the audit, and we passed first time. Our insurance premium came down at renewal.
We came off a legacy file server and onto SharePoint without losing a single permission or asset. Jovan handled the user side patiently and Tom handled the plumbing. The team did not notice the weekend the migration happened, which is the best compliment I can give.
What we were buying was reactive break-fix. What we got is a partner that sits in our planning meetings, owns a roadmap, and tells us what to spend and when. The quarterly vCIO sessions with Ryan have genuinely changed how we budget IT.
A UK charity that puts 24/7 public access defibrillators and bleed kits on walls, founded in memory of Jamie Rees. The site carries Jamie’s story, makes the case for Jamie’s Law, and gives supporters four clear routes to fund a defibrillator. Static-first, so it stays fast on a phone at the moment someone needs it.
